2pm - 8pm CT
Suit up heroes (and mildly misunderstood villains) and get ready to strut down the streets of Austin for a Marvel Cinematic Universe-themed bar crawl!
Whether you're rocking full Vibranium, swinging in spandex, or just wearing a cardboard box labeled “TVA,” this event is for cosplayers, casual fans, and chaos gremlins alike.
The only rule: Your outfit must be inspired by the epic costumes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe—not the comic books.
What to Expect:
Costume Parade
Nerdy Photo Ops
Marvelous Drag Show
Epic Dance Party
Themed Drink Specials
So gather your squad, call dibs on your favorite Avenger, and prepare for a day of laughs, lewks, and low-stakes heroics in the heart of Austin. And remember: It’s not about saving the world… it’s about looking great while pretending you might.
Mood Board
Here are some essential elements to consider that will elevate your costume to the next level.
Let's use one of the most iconic MCU characters in our example: The Scarlet Witch
Identify the color palette that perfectly complements your character's costume pieces.
Choose any costume your character has worn for inspiration, or mix for a unique look.
Choose any character you wish, regardless of gender.
Gender isn't real anyway.
Select a standout costume
piece to anchor your look for instant recognition.
Interpret your costume however you like — be it runway, cosplay, or streetwear. Be as stylish as you want and as comfortable as you need while paying homage to the character.
Looking for inspiration? Check out the Time Capsule page to see lewks from previous Geek Glams.
